    As a Retail Sales Manager or Retail Assistant Manager for T-Mobile VTCellular you will be working side-by-side with your team delivering superior customer service and providing T-Mobile products and services while building positive ongoing relationships with customers and your team.     As a Retail Sales Manager/Retail Assistant Manager for T-Mobile VTCellular you will be asked to:

    • Effectively manage and develop a high performing sales team
    • Increase sales and customer loyalty
    • Create an interactive, engaging and supportive store experience to build confidence in customers
    • Maximize customer experience by developing positive relationships and superior customer service through meeting their specific needs and providing solutions
    • Make the most effective use of store displays and interactive devices for each of your customers
    • Stay current with the rapidly evolving T-Mobile wireless plans and products
    • Use your time well by being productive even when not serving customers
    • Complete all paperwork as directed by upper management on time and without errors
    • Handle cash
    • Create the location schedule
    • Manage the location’s inventory
    • Maintain the visual appearance and cleanliness of the store
    • Adhere to T-Mobile VTCellular’s store operations and standards


    As a Retail Store Sales Manager, you'll be asked to:

    • Build confidence of customers by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring.
    • Maximize customer experience by "solving the whole problem" (as opposed to pushing products).
    • Maintain the visual appeal of your store.
    • Make the most effective use of store displays and interactive devices for each of your customers.
    • Use your time well, even when not serving customers.
    • Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology.
    • Develop positive customer relationships.
    • Effectively manage and develop a sales team.
    • Maintain store operations and standards.




    • Previous Retail Sales Management and/or Retail Assistant Management experience is REQUIRED
    • Wireless experience is REQUIRED
    • Previous retail/customer service leadership experience
    • Skills to effectively coach, mentor and manager others
    • Outstanding customer service
    • Face to face selling experience
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Able to listen carefully and actively
    • Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills that enable customers to feel comfortable with products, features, plans and services
    • Able to handler/resolve conflict in a calm, professional manner
    • Capable of sensing and responding to various types of consumers
    • Basic computer skills
    • Flexible schedule able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
    • Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
