    We are looking for a Commissions Analyst-Employee Relations to join our Accounts Receivable Team. The company offers medical benefits plus an available 401K matching program after 1 year. We also offer paid vacations, holidays and more.






    • Managing the Samanage Ticketing System for Compensation and Commission questions from our employees
    • Identifying training opportunities for store employees
    • Identifying common incoming issues to find system related issues
    • Inbound and outbound calls for more complicated issues
    • The candidate will perform backup duties for team members that are on vacation
    • The candidate may be asked to complete special projects as it pertains to the commission department



    • Previous Express Stores, LLC Experience is a Plus!
    • Full time – 40 hours per week
    • EXCELLENT Communication skills needed, both verbal and written
    • Friendly, fun, empathetic personality to interact with employee questions through calls and tickets
    • Ability to communicate with Senior Managers and Vice President to identify issues and thoroughly answer employee questions
    • Works out of main office with some work remote possibility
    • Reports directly to Senior Manager, who reports to VP
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Attention to detail.
    • Experience in MS Office Suite with emphasis on MS Excel 2013
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High energy individual with a thirst for knowledge.
    • Ability to work in both a team setting and as an individual contributor
    • Willingness to take on new responsibilities and grow within the company
