Overview

Express Stores LLC is seeking someone who enjoys interacting with frontline employees, hands-on/remote troubleshooting and working with a great team. We’re looking for individuals who think clearly, communicate effectively, and love seeing a project to completion. You’ll be supporting the IT needs of our retail locations. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Complete projects with confidence, professionalism, and excellence. Our IT Help Desk Technicians speak with clarity and confidence, keep it simple for others to understand and hold themselves to the highest standards. You will work hands on ensuring systems are properly installed to support new and existing retail locations. You’ll do remote troubleshooting ensuring our locations can provide a world class experience for our customers.
  • Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Two or four-year degree (technical field preferred) OR relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion to work hands-on in the IT field
  • Project management for project lengths between 1 week and 6 months
  • Ability to think clearly and logically through complex situations
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Flexible to adapt to same-day and next-day changes to project scope
