    Our Customer Based Marketing Sales Associates are in the best position to deliver T-Mobile Express Stores "staying connected" Retail promise to our customers with NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED!


    In this role, you'll hone your professional sales and leadership techniques and learn all about the technology T-Mobile offers as you build the service relationships that are the foundation of our company's (and your team's) success.

    Responsibilities

    -Makes outbound calls to existing customers for upsell opportunities-NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED
    -Schedule customer appointments with Retail Sales Professionals to help promote the goals of the business


    -Develop positive customer relationships by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions. 
    -Become an expert in all T-Mobile products and services to appropriately right-fit customer to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 
    -Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives based on targeted metrics focused on expanding the business. 
    -Maximize customer experience by "solving the whole problem" (as opposed to pushing products).

    Qualifications

    -Previous Call Center or telephonic customer service experience


    -Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal


    -Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook…etc.


    -Ability to listen carefully and actively


    -Stellar problem-solving skills


    -Ability to handle/ resolve conflict


    -High School Diploma or equivalent
